Registration fees (in Australian Dollars):

Accompanying visitor registration: $200

All registrations include the following:
- Admission to all technical sessions
- Bound conference abstracts
- Conference proceedings (on USB drive)
- Welcome reception
- Lunch, morning and afternoon tea
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the ASPACC 11 2017 Registration Managers at email@example.com.
- Cancellations up to and including 30 September 2017 will incur an A$50.00 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations between 1 October 2017 and 30 November 2017 will incur a 25% cancellation fee of fees paid (or minimum of A$50 in the case of Accompany Person Registration).
- Cancellations after 1 December 2017 will receive no refund.
Accommodation booked at the Mercure:
- One night's deposit must be paid at time of booking to guarantee reservation. Deposit is non-refundable at 8 November 2017.
Accommodation booked at the Oaks or University:
- As per the property's Terms and Conditions provided when booking.
Social Function Fees:
- Payments are non-refundable at 1 December 2017.
