Finding the conference location

All sessions and break-outs will be in the Engineering South Building at The University of Adelaide.

From the corner of North Terrace and Pulteney Street: walk in a northerly direction, past Bonython Hall, down the stairs next to the Napier building, and enter Engineering South through the glass sliding doors.

The Exhibitors Room is on Level 3, Room S326. Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will all be served in the Exhibitors Room.

Presentations will be shared between two adjoining rooms on Level 1 (Rooms S111 and S112). Plenary lectures will be in S112.

Information for presenters

Contributed presentations are 15 minutes duration, with 3 minutes for questions, and 2 minutes for changeover. Invited technical talks are double the amount allocated to contributed presentations. Plenary presentations are 45 minutes. Timing will be strictly adhered to.

Presenters should upload their slides to the in-built computers well in advance of the beginning of the session: before the day's proceedings or during one of the breaks. Computers are installed with a Windows operating system and the standard suite of Microsoft Office products. Screens are 16:9, but also compatible with 4:3 aspect ratio.

Onsite Wi-Fi

Conference delegates will be able to access the eduroam network. Guest wi-fi for delegates without eduroam credentials will be provided guest access to the University of Adelaide's wi-fi services.

Conference dinner

The conference dinner will be on Thursday at the Adelaide beach-side area of Glenelg. Transport from the conference venue to Glenelg is via a chartered tram. Please arrive at the University stop around 6:15pm, for departure at 6:30pm. For the return journey, delegates will be provided with a single-trip ticket to use on regular Adelaide Metro public transport services.
